Just a simple reminder for everyone that’s wanting to try PE. Getting older does not mean you can’t do PE anymore. In fact, older men did say that they still got real gains even when trying PE at the age of late 40s to early 50s. My suggestion would be to start slow and don’t jelq with a hardon. Don’t expect any gains during the first few months, and know that it’s okay as long as you can see improvement in your EQ as well. Always keep a positive mindset and good luck with the exercises!
Since older people don’t heal as fast as young people, I’m sure than men over 50 will see an increase in size, but the results will appear later than in younger men.
